Arrival
Based on current Public Health recommendations, we request that you arrive only up to 5 minutes before the time of your appointment. This will give you the time to fill out any possible forms, get familiar with our facility and relax.
Please keep in mind that if a guest arrives late, the duration of the treatment might be shortened so the next guest may begin on time.
Minimum age requirement
Bodé Spa for Men welcomes guests across the age range. We take pride in providing boys and men with foundational grooming knowledge.
Guests under 18 years of age have access to the following services:
- skin care (facials and bacials)
- foot and hand treatments
- consultations
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the date of their appointment. The parent or guardian is welcome to supervise the treatment or to wait in our lounge; however, they must remain on-site during the treatment.
Individual bookings
An individual booking is for one guest
Deposits
A deposit may be required at the time of booking if:
- you are a new client
- you are booking 2 hours or more of services
Deposits are 100% refundable if you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to make changes to your appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, the deposit will not be returned.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, the appointment will be considered as a Missed Appointment. Any deposit will not be returned.
Missed appointments
Your appointment time is important, especially as a family-owned small business. We are reserving a skilled therapist’s time and a room just for you. Some treatments also require items to be prepared prior to your treatment which cannot be preserved or re-used.
When appointments are cancelled without adequate notice or missed, this affects others:
- the therapist needs to be compensated for their lost time
- other clients are not able to receive treatment during your time slot
- the business loses revenue that sustains the whole working team
If you have missed 1 or more appointments since your last visit, a deposit is mandatory at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be 50% or up to 100% of the scheduled services. We assess each case individually, as we understand that life sometimes happens.

Couples / Duos bookings
A Couples/Duo booking is for two guests who will be visiting the spa at the same time. Please call or email us to discuss the details of your visit and we will be happy to help coordinate. Some of our services can be enjoyed by two guests together in the same treatment room.
