Your safety is important to us!
Sanitation and proper disinfection have always been important at Bodé Spa, and it continues to be. We work closely with the city’s Public
Health board, always following the industry standards that they set.
The procedures listed below are MANDATORY by Public Health,
and will be in effect until further notice from Public Health.
We thank you for your understanding. Let’s work together to keep our communities safe.
Increased sanitation
More time is booked between our appointments to allow plenty of time to properly wash and sanitize your treatment room before and after your visit. You can feel safe in our rooms!
Masks
You are required to wear a mask throughout your visit. Toronto and Ottawa have a by-law that make wearing a mask mandatory. Please bring your own mask. If you do not bring one, a disposable single-use mask will be provided.
When you arrive
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment to keep the waiting area safer. When you arrive, you will be asked a few screening questions while you sanitize your hands. Then, you can enjoy a moment of quiet before your appointment in our waiting area which has seating appropriately spaced at a minimum of 6 feet apart.
Waiting area
We have a small, private waiting area. Social distancing is in effect, and chairs are spaced the minimum 6 feet apart. The area is regularly sanitized after each client.
Beverages
For the present time, we are not able to provide beverages or snacks. You are welcome to bring your own beverage to your visit.
